What do I need to get started?

Just send what you already have: business name, address, hours, phone, services and prices, and photos. If you have Instagram, share that too.

How long does it take?

Standard sites are typically ready in 7 to 10 days depending on how quickly you send content. Custom work usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you provide the domain (website address)?

No, you own the domain. You buy it, and we connect it to your website. Example domain: yourbusiness.com

Can you connect my existing domain?

Yes. If you already own a domain, we will connect it to your new site and make sure it is working.

What does 'monthly updates included' mean?

It means you can message us small changes and we will update the site. Things like hours, prices, text tweaks, and swapping a few photos. Standard includes about 30 minutes of small updates per month.

What counts as Custom?

Custom is for bigger work that changes the structure or design of the site.

Extra pages beyond the standard pages
New sections (team, testimonials, promos, FAQs, etc.)
Bigger layout or design changes for a unique look
Redesign after launch or switching to a new look

Custom has a one-time fee, plus your monthly plan.

Do you build a booking system?

Not yet. But we can add a Book Now button that links to your current booking app (Square, Fresha, Vagaro, etc.).

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes. Your site will look good on phones, tablets, and desktops. Most customers will visit from their phone, so we design for that first.

What do you mean by 'helps customers find me on Google'?

We set up your website so Google can read it properly clear pages, good titles, and a phone-friendly layout. This helps you show up when locals search for your services.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, it’s month to month. If you cancel, your site will go offline and hosting stops at the end of your billing period. We keep your content for 30 days in case you change your mind, then we delete it.

Do I own my content and photos?

Yes. Your photos and business content are yours. We are just using them to build your site.

Are there any extra costs?

The main extra cost is your domain, which you pay to the domain provider. Everything else is covered in your plan unless you request Custom work.
